Add an app params dialog #546

As suggested in #369 here a dialog to edit profile options - similar to the web client.

This can be used from inside the app with one of the six profile modes. But it is also possible to connect from an external app to this dialog and edit the parameter from an external profile.

The RoutingParameterDialog contains a small description.

Interesting. It comes time to prepare my profile templates for interactive parameter tweaking. There may not be needed so many end profiles, derived from them.
