Use elevation data in tests #557

I've generated some sparse bef files which have the same bbox as dreieich.pbf which are really small and can be used in tests.

In addition I've cherry picked 3ea409078ef08d4f912e761916ef09d891c4ed60 from #556 because it's unrelated to the SQL/jdbc-stuff but required for this PR.
