TeraStitcher can't see my TIF files even when using tiff2D or tiff3D I/O plugins #23

As mentioned in the title, when I start the program and select the folder with my files in it, the program doesn't see anything within the folder itself. The folder appears empty however I know I have 20 Tif files in those folders.

What am I doing wrong and how can I resolve this?

Thanks for your help!

TeraStitcher accepts two kinds of inputs:

For more details, see Supported volume formats.

From what you mention, it is unclear how the folder you select is organised, and how folders and files are named.

Please provide a screenshot of the folder/file hierarchy so that we can help.

Thanks.

Dear Dr Bria,

I am having a similar problem as I am not quite sure how to organize the two-level hierarchy of folders. I have 6 z-stacks acquired by SPIM. I tried to stitch these using the pairwise stitching plugin in FIJI but eventually run out of RAM.

I will attach below a screenshot of the TIFF files from one specimen.

Your help is much appreciated.

Thank You. Stefan
