Removed spuriously committed autogenerated file from repo #26

Hi, I fixed an issue related to an include file autogenerated by CMake which was also tracked and always caused problems to me when pulling your updates

Yes, I understand the issue, but we would have a bigger one if we remove the header. There is another repo, Vaa3D, which points to our repo and is not CMake-based. Thus without the header, the Vaa3D software would not compile. We will try to solve in another way, but meanwhile we cannot remove the header. Thanks for you interest.
