Terastitcher 1.11 in Windows 10 #43

We got a new machine for image processing with Windows 10 installed. Terqastitcher 1.10.16 is running on it without problems. However, attempting to start Terastitcher portable 1.11.6 results in a message 'MSVCR120.dll not found'. On my other Windows 7 machines I do not have this problem. What can I do?

Apparently I was missing Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013
