Can TeraStitcher stitch the randomly captured tiles from a C.elegans like creature? #48

Say if we have several image tiles captured purely by hand for a C.elegans body. These images are positioned along the body of the insect with various and not uniform image-overlap, so it is not the matrix-style partitioning if tiles. An example image is from: http://bigwww.epfl.ch/thevenaz/mosaicj/

Can Terastitcher been used to stitch such kind of images? Thanks.

No, TeraStitcher only supports regular grid tile positioning.
