we recently used light sheet microscope to image rat brain hemisphere (part of the hemiphere). i followed the instruction and set up the two levels of folders. i tried various configurations including orientation of axes, displacement. but, the final picture did not merge well. the picture appeared to still be separated. I am wondering if you can help us.
