here is the montage for the four images to be stitched Montage_test_slice

pixel size: x=2.39 um, y=2.39 um, z=5 um overlap setting: 20% we used ultra II from LaVision with zoom lens: 2x0.63 but from the images, it appears more than 20% overlap. i am not sure whether the machine calibration is off or i am missing something.
