Hi Kim.
Please have a look at our Supported volume formats page where you can check if your data are stored and organized according to the format that TeraStitcher can recognize. As an alternative, in the same page, you can find the instructions on how to write an XML file that describes your data.
It would also help if you could provide more details on how your data are stored, for instance a screenshot of the folder hierarchy.
Also please note that TeraStitcher is designed for 3D images tiled along X-Y. If your image is tiled along Z and you need stitching/registration along this axis only (e.g. this in the case of physical slicing of the sample) perhaps TeraStitcher is not the best tool for your needs.
Hello, I'm interested in 3D reconstruction (mouse brain). I have coronal mouse brain section images(.tif) by Axio slide scanner. Images are already titled. Because I want to stack these images on the Z-axis and X-Y stitch is not necessary, I put each image into the individual folders (one .tif file in one folder). After set the root file path through the 'Select folder...' button, Try to start. But error message, in StackedVolume::init(...): Unable to find stacks in the given directory, pops up. I’m not sure I understand TeraStitcher program.. How can I get 3D reconstruction image? (other set information: I/O plugin: tiff2D, first axis: Y, second axis: X, voxel: 1um.)
