Use active channel displacements for multi-volume #88

Open chrisroat opened 3 years ago

chrisroat commented 3 years ago

During stitching of a MC volume, the mechanical displacements of the underlying subvolumes were not being used. The tile_offset was incorrectly computed using -1 (set here) as the MEC_{H,V} for MultiVolumes.

@iannellog Thanks for merging the buffer pointer initialization. What do you think of this fix?

chrisroat commented 2 years ago

@iannellog -- just checking to see if you would accept this change

@iannellog - how does this fix look?

chrisroat commented 12 months ago

Please consider this change, as I believe it corrects a problem in the stitching.

Is this pull request of interest?

FedericoMassaioli commented 3 months ago

Hi Chris, I think it is, but I do not feel confident to review it, @iannellog in the recent years was overwhelmed by university organizational activities and was unable to pursue the project, he wants to look into it as soon as he frees himself from the other burdens.
