I am quite impressed by the speed reached by the GPU-accelerated Terastitcher. However, I miss one feature. Can Terastitcher calculate shifts between channels? ie consider pairs of images with the same XYZ, but different channel?
If data is taken by taking a complete Z-stack for channel 1, then 2 etc, then small shifts between the channels happen. BigStitcher computes them (although this obviously increases the number of pairs and computation time).
