Cannot export chats with emojies #2

When I try to export a chat containing emojies, this error message is thrown: Screenshot_1

There is the 😉 emoji on positions 2223 - 2226

Update: It neither works with certain diacritics. I tried to export a chat with a message containing a few random characters from the local alphabet - éťňčďíóá and the script crashed on position with the letter ň.

UTF-8 encoding should handle it, but I don't know how to define it in Python.
