Old iTunes backups using manifest.mbdb instead of manifest.db not supported #741

Hello,

I am hoping for support for old iTunes backups that use the manifest.mbdb instead of the manifest.db.

I understand these are probably rare these days, but it looks like it should be able to be implemented without too much trouble.

Is it possible for this functionality to be added? I have created a pull request with a potential solution.
