Fix bug where adding more intermediate cities creates an path that violates maxRange #1

This happens on the Honolulu to Easter Island route when the last argument in getMidpointBetween method is 3, not 4. The algorithm decides on a segment that is Oaxaca to Easter Island which violates max range for a Mohawk.
