Initial room methods #3

create, info, list and rename for channels and groups.

The rest are stuck on another branch, waiting for the next version of Rocket.Chat, as the rest of the calls don't have a name parameter yet. RC's releases changelog is off multiple times.

I'll merge as is and change those other items I've commented on.
