Localized solutions

I can see these possible ways to do this:

• FAF returns a dict of solutions in all the languages. ABRT would have to be able to pick the correct one. A little data inefficient.
• All the messages would be included in ABRT and pre-translated. FAF would just send the data to be filled-in as parameters.
• When requesting a solution, ABRT would send an Accept-Language header with the current locale and FAF would return a textual localized solution text, as it does now. The downside is that if locale is changed on the client side, the messages remain in the former locale.
