Handle flatpak crashes at least somewhat better #338

Understanding that ABRT is not currently able to actually report crashes for flatpak apps, it would be nice to do better than showing "Name N/A" and "Version N/A":

The Report button in the upper-right is sensitive and leads to a confusing error page:
