The install folder can´t be found when I put it in the folder public_html #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Uppload folder vqmod to rootfolder, mystorename.se/public_html
2.All rights controlled
3.Writing: http://www.mystorename.se/public_html/vqmod/install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There would be the success message instead of the error message in the browser:
The requested URL /public_html/vqmod/install was not found on this server.

vQmod Version: vqmod-2.3.2-opencart.zip
Server Operating System:

Please provide any additional information below.

public_html: The folders admin, catalog and so on is there. 
My host is Binero.

NOT A VQMOD ISSUE. You don't put the public_html/ in your URL
