What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fresh Install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

vQmod Version: 2.4.1
Server Operating System: windows
opencart 1.5.4

VQMod doesn't have any files in those files. My Guess is you're using vQmod 
manager? If so, you need to contact the developer of that as it's a third party 
application not associated directly with vQmod itself
