RFC: Offer KiCad files #106

Wanting to make some modifications, and not having access/desire to use Eagle, I converted the eagle model to KiCad.

Right now, it is a 1:1 copy of v2.2, though some alignment is slightly off, due to grid snapping.

The original top/bottom png files where used and drawn ontop of those.

I had to restrain myself in not adding anything (copper flood-fill etc) to make sure it truely remains a 1:1 :)

@oliv3r: I believe the orientation of X1 is not correct and should be rotated by 180°. Could you recheck?
