Try to get rid of room temperatures of 48,25 °C #150

In my Home assistant environment, I got some random spikes of 48,25 °C, which were disturbing the charts.

Hi @absalom-muc do you have any plans to merge the PR to your branch? Since I had changed these settings, I haven't seen the issue on my Home Assistant instance.

absolum-muc is not very active anymore so it can take a while. From earlier discussions I remember he is also not very fond on making changing just for 1 user if it is not a general problem. But you never know.

Thanks for your pull request @bassduh As @glsf91 has already written, it makes little sense to me, to increase the complexity of the code for everyone just to solve the problem for one. Especially because I assume that you could also solve your problem in HA. Therefore I don't intend to merge your PR.
