What does this do?

Fixes false positives of using rutajdash/prettier-cli-action@v1.0.2 action since when you run prettier --check . you find some files that have not been formatted correctly pass the CI.

• Updated the Prettier configuration in the ci.yaml file to include checking for formatting using Prettier and a custom plugin for Go templates.
