MG-212 - Update Cards to fetch data from the back-end #220

What type of PR is this?

What does this do?

This PR updates the cards to be able to fetch data from the back-end. The cards updated are value card, progress bar and label card. Both progress bar and label card have been deleted as their functionality can not be justified now.

Which issue(s) does this PR fix/relate to?

Have you included tests for your changes?

Did you document any new/modified functionality?
