update bootstrap service to include deleting a bootstrap, updating the state of the bootstrap and displaying the state of the bootstrap

What does this do?

update bootstrap service to include:

deleting a bootstrap
updating the state of a bootstrap
selecting channels when adding a bootstrap instead of manually entering the channel ID's
