Me and a number of other users seem to be unable to use the transparent background feature. Instead of being transparent, the background and lists turn a shade of gray (blue filter removal works, doesn't display BG). I've heard there have been similar issues with users running Wallpaper Engine and using its animated backgrounds.
The issue I'm having is not caused by Rain Meter or Wallpaper Engine as both do not have processes running (Though I'd love to see Wallpaper Engine support, if not in the free, in the paid version). I am using a static background set in the Window's settings. Could possibly be an issue with GPU manufacturer type.
