"Pause During Complete" doesn't work #1162

It literally doesn't let me pause during the level complete animation, that's it, it has been broken for months at this point even tho it used to work

it does. since the last update (or 2 updates ago) it was limited to only work while the icon is flying to reach the end line, once it does you can't pause anymore, this was changed to avoid a problem with the endscreen appearing when it shouldn't and level completions when they weren't supposed to be completions

yea i know about this but it feels like it's purpose was nearly eliminated, there should at least be an option to be able to pause at any moment

The core issue of the level finishing even though you've paused is what should be fixed. If it just did kinda what frame-stepper does when you're not moving, that would freeze the game appropriately, no? @absoIute

I would personally want a switch for old behaviour, since I could quickly exit the level after beating it
