Highlight cheats when cheat indicator is on

I am sure I am not the only one who sometimes had to spend some time figuring out what kind of module I had on that made cheat indicator red. I suggest either providing a list of cheats that are turned on in some place, or just highlighting the cheats with red when the indicator is on.
