[Geode] Safe Mode Does Literally Nothing

Enabled hacks are shown at the end of the clip with the following being enabled

• Auto Safe Mode
• Safe Mode
• Noclip -> Safe Mode (sub menu inside of noclip)

I am also unable to undo these level completions because of 'Uncomplete Level' not being implemented

FYI: Safe mode is toggled (manually) mid run because of 'Auto Safe Mode' also not functioning as intended
