Make dots on the bottom of the screen clickable #1282

Making these clickable would save a bit of the lifespan of my finger and right mouse button. For consistency this should be done for all such dotted statuses of horizontally scrollable views.

Alternatively:

in addition to making them clickable, highlight which pages have any chests
add a ⏩ button
