Option To Automatically Enable Pitch-Shifter Alongside Speedhack #943

Self explanatory. For example, an option would be given under Speedhack, that when Speedhack's enabled, will also enable the correct pitch-shift value. (e.g. 0.5x speedhack -> pitch-shift 1 octave higher)

Would also be nice if pitch-shifting octaves greater than 1, or pitch-shifting in semitones would be added as well.

Will do when I can get pitch shifting to go above 1, right now it's possible but audio quality takes a huge hit so I decided to not include it
