[bug] The new Skill HUD glitches out when Journey Waypoints are on or the player is underwater. #111

Most likely a bug relating to #70 and #75.

The new Skill HUD glitches when using JourneyMap Waypoint Beacons or when underwater.

In case this is relevant, I have the Fixed Rotation config enabled.

Normal (Waypoints Off, Not in Water)
