Sets wrong From address in TB38

Instead of setting the From address as:

"Mr User" <user@example.com>

it sets it as:

"ID2" <id2@smtpserver.example.com>

This is with 0.9.31, the plugin works as expected with TB31 and 36

This is not just a display/UI issue, it actually sends email with the wrong From address!

seems to be fixed in 0932 (although sent folder is not always correct it seems)
