Some pages stutter or blinks white flashes while scrolling #707

What version of Chrome are you using?

Chromium 79.0.3945.130 but it's even worse with more recent ones

What version of Deluminate do you have installed?

0.7.7

What Operating System are you using?

MacOS 10.11

What is the problem?

Some pages stutter or blinks white flashes while scrolling, when Deluminate is used together with uBlock Origin (tested on a clean profile with default settings and only Deluminate and uBlock Origin installed).

Can you link to a web page that has the problem?

https://www.lachainemeteo.com/meteo-france/ville-215873/previsions-meteo-templemars-heure-par-heure I've tried with two windows open: one with my usual profile full of extensions, the second with the clean profile mentioned above. The white flashes appear in both windows at the same time when scrolling in one or the other! EDIT: actually, it blinks also when only Deluminate is enabled!

Which Deluminate modes have the problem?

Keep images normal

It appears that some chrome://flags are involved in that issue, namely the ones about GPU rasterization (GPU rasterization, Out of process rasterization, Override software rendering list, Zero-copy rasterizer). I had them enabled as they seemed to increase smoothness of scrolling... Setting them back to default seems to have resolved the issue.
