What is the problem?

When I turn on inversion, any settings, I see a flashing, light horizontal scroll bar that does not normally appear on my screen when deluminate is off. Has been there for several months, but it makes browsing really uncomfortable for me. I have produced both on my 65" TCL and on my 40" samsung. I don't think it's a resolution issue, since one is 1080p and the other is technically 3-4k. Resizing the browser makes a difference. Seems variable, but depends on browser actual viewport area size for sure. At about 1334 x 545, I do not see the issue, but if I change the browser window to 1189 x 538 or 1323 x 507 I can see it. But then if I change it to 1318 or 1333 x 507, it's gone again. While highlighting text, it stops flashing, but is visible. If I let go / complete highlighting the text. It also pauses while typing, if you can type fast enough to not give it any room to flash. I used this site to figure out my browser viewport size (it's the space of rendering, between the bottom of the browser bars and the top of the browser: http://howbigismybrowser.com/. Please fix. I'm sensitive to flashing objects and your tool is such a godsend for people who are also photophobic too. Thank you for this tool!

Can you link to a web page that has the problem?

I'm seeing it flash me to death right now, as I type on github with deluminate enabled.

Which Deluminate modes have the problem?

dim. invert (any). reduce contrast. the bar completely goes away if I click "normal". the secondary settings have no affect.
