Enabling deluminate does not always invert scroll-bars, and causes the page and scroll-bars to 'blink' in a loop. #732

What version of Chrome are you using?

Version 96.0.4664.93 (Official Build) (64-bit)

What version of Deluminate do you have installed?

0.7.7

What Operating System are you using?

Windows 10

What is the problem?

Whenever it's on, the bottom or side scroll-bar (or both) blinks non-stop and a lot of time impacts the picture, so the whole screen is bouncing. Github side scroll is inverting, but scroll-bars with the issue do not invert.

I'm on a 4k TV running at 4k resolution with 300% recommended windows zoom. browser zoom is 100%. bookmarks bar is shown. bottom or side task bar makes no difference.

Hopefully you can find the issue. It's very old, over a year old. I just kept hoping someone would fix it by now. Thanks!

Can you link to a web page that has the problem?

Many, many pages with side scrolling. Here's the one that I've just seen today: https://hctg-images.imgix.net/images/venues/tre-posti/WD20200226-TrePosti-03.jpg?auto=format%2Ccompress&dpr=3&fit=clamp&h=430&s=22dbdf0a0ce737e28bfdfd0b7f5d1299

Which Deluminate modes have the problem?

all of them except normal, even 'just dim' mode with no inversion

https://www.starbucks.com/store-locator?map=34.052525,-118.241869,13z&place=Los%20Angeles,%20CA,%20USA also does it. Does not occur in responsive view or custom responsive view for 1080p or 1440p. If you set a custom for 4k, you won't be able to see the sidebars easily, but you will see the map bouncing/twitching. That's the issue happening.
