I'm afraid I can't do that. Trying to look at the contents of images through a Chrome extension is technically possible, but would slow everything down way, way too much. If it weren't for that, this extension could do a much better job figuring out the best settings for websites. As it stands, the best I can do is guess based on the page's HTML. Sorry.
Could you add an option for users to permanently list the image urls they prefer to be inverted? Something like "R-click-->deluminate-->keep this image inverted/default"... Then maybe, later on, if enough users keep the image listed in that state, Deluminate starts treating it that way as default.

I'm probably going to add something like that soon. I'm working on a major overhaul of the logic I use to correct images, and it will allow more customization from users. I'll keep this suggestion in mind for when I've gotten to that point.

The problem with finding out "if enough users" do anything is then I'd have to track what all my users are doing. Aside from privacy concerns, I'd also have to buy and pay for a server to track that data, and since I make no money on this extension, I can't really do that. That's why I try to spend my time figuring out simple rules people can choose that work most of the time.
I'm reading patch notes for League of Legends and it's bright. Images that are just one color (maybe +-5%) should be inverted. Others left original. http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-421-notes
