As mentioned lightly in #16 regarding Harpoon instances, the Mountpoint is only needed standalone if Artillery is being invoked in a redundant or distributed stance, with more than one process. That is not the case for local development instances, or for small installations.
ZeroMQ can be switched to inproc: in this case, then Launcher and Harpoon can be run in the same process with Mountpoint which essentially makes it a Bazooka ... portable, agile.
