Request for Support of GWT 2.5.1 #30

Starting with GWT 2.5.0, branch_0.4.1, will not build because of changes in the 
GWT interfaces.  I assume the same is true with the main gwtai trunk.  It would 
be nice to support GWT 2.5.1.  If it is possible to support both GWT 2.4.0 and 
GWT 2.5.1, with the same code-base, that would be best.

I have made a custom version of branch_0.4.1, which builds with GWT 2.5.1, for 
a project I was working on, but the changes would break the build when using 
GWT 2.4.0.  I do have a couple of ideas on how to get things building with both 
versions of GWT, so I will look in to this.
