Tasks with no category assigned do not display (PI) #332

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.In Settings, Data Sources, Tasks, check Pocket Informant, then tap PI 
Categories
2.Check the No tag checkbox
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tasks with no category are not displayed in the widget.

What Android OS are you using? Which version of Agenda Widget
ICS 4.0.4, AW 2.0.16-SNAPSHOT, PI 2.0 beta

Please provide any additional information below.
Please attach a log file attachment if possible in the case of force
closes.
Please add a label for the category of error (e.g. if dates are showing
incorrectly please choose "DateFormat"
No Category Tasks Display
