Tasks with no time set display at noon #333

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Have tasks with no time set
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tasks with no time set should display either before first event or following 
all events. Now such tasks show up in the middle of events as if the task time 
was set to noon.

What Android OS are you using? Which version of Agenda Widget
ICS 4.0.4, AW 2.0.16-SNAPSHOT, PI 2.0 beta

Please provide any additional information below.
Please attach a log file attachment if possible in the case of force
closes.
Please add a label for the category of error (e.g. if dates are showing
incorrectly please choose "DateFormat"

I get the same but12am is the time assigned. It worked fine on Android 2.2 but 
on upgrade to 4 I imported settings and that's when the defect occurred

Hi.  Using Ultimate To Do. Also noticed issue where calendar entries with no 
duration never become active so stay visible all day.

The original issue here is to do with pocket informant and is not related. 
Please make a separate issue for the UTD task problem and favorite 
http://code.google.com/p/android-agenda-widget/issues/detail?id=376 for the 0 
duration issue.

Also note that the UTD issue might be caused by starting a task in a different 
timezone, you maye need to sync all your tasks again in UTD.

It does indeed seem connected to timezone. I was abroad  and when I changed 
time setting to stay with my home timezone it corrected the issue . Thank you
