Make scroll wheel scroll more lines #661

Scrolling using the mouse wheel scrolls the screen in small increments. Would 
like to see an option to increase the number of lines scrolled. It's what's 
called scrolling size in logitech mice.

Already implemented. Look carefully in all settings.

App Icon -> All settings -> Taps, swipes and keys -> Mouse wheel scroll height.

How do you go from App Icon to all settings? I know how to launch the app and 
then go to book settings.

Clicking the icon and select "All settings" in appeared popup menu.
(I hope that you use version 2.0.x)
