What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Buy an app with LVL protection
2. Test that the app works
3. Factory reset the phone
4. Reinstall the app
5. Do license test
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is that the app will work. What is happening on one of my
customer's phones is that it refuses to validate.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r1. Android, of course. I develop on Windows, but I don't see how that matters.
Please provide any additional information below.
I have reports from a friend who is technically savvy about how he did a
factory reset of the phone and attempted to reinstall my app. It doesn't
validate after the reinstall. He insists that he's using the same Google
account he bought it with.
