Including public key into Dreamweaver5.5/phonegap apps #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After copying Public key from Android developer edit page
2. There is no indication where to paste the public key
3. There is no support I can find for this issue

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not relevant till I actually add public key

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Dreamweaver 5.5 and Android sdk
Please provide any additional information below.

Just want to know how a paid app can be sold via android with the public key 
installed into an html app exported via phonegap from Dreamweaver
