Use git checkout commands throughout book #190

It will help if you include a git checkout command after each exercise to catch up with the current state of the project. This will help users to skip over certain sections and to jump to specific chapters. A diff can also help point out mistakes.

@friksa great suggestion! I actually did this for some chapter, but then as I was updating some things not longer held true, I might just start the project again so I can do this :)
