Inserted File shows Title as "Untitled". #283

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Insert File with InsertMediaUpload

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected that the title is what is set in code, but shows as Untitled.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tried stable version and one in 12/20. Both have same issue. This is Window XP.

Please provide any additional information below.

It works for me on Windows 8 with the latest public build

We've converted to Google Drive's API, so I cannot duplicate anymore.
Unless someone else has this same issue, it's probably safe to close.
