ResumableUpload - support server errors #311

Support server errors and continue the upload from the last position that the 
server got (mentioned on the range header in a 308 response)

From the spec https://developers.google.com/drive/manage-uploads#resumable:
Be sure to use the Range header in the response to determine where to start the 
next chunk; do not assume that the server received all bytes sent in the 
previous request.
