BuildRelease process changes AssemblyInfol.cs in a wrong way #323

In changes the following line
[assembly: AssemblyCopyright("Copyright � Google Inc 2013")]
with this one:
[assembly: AssemblyCopyright("Copyright © Google Inc 2013")]

Please check and fix
