Calendar sample does not work #332

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get last release of the calendar api 
(https://developers.google.com/resources/api-libraries/download/calendar/v3/csha
rp)
2. Get instanciate sample 
(https://developers.google.com/google-apps/calendar/instantiate)
3.Invalid reference for AuthenticatorFactory and OAuth2Authenticator classes

All assemblies are referenced, but two classes do not exist. 
I would like to know how to use the google calendar api through this dotnet 
library.
