Support lastest DotNetOpenAuth version #342

The library now consume DotnetOpenAuth 4.0.0.11165, I Can't use it with the 
lastest version DotNetOpenAuth-4.3.0.13117.

I'm closing this issue because we don't want to support DotNetOpenAuth anymore, 
in one of our next releases (hopefully 1.5) we are scheduled to remove this 
dependency and implement our own OAuth2 library.

If you think that we should reopen this issue, please feel free to do so.

Hi,

what's the state of this? We need a reference to the 4.3 version of the 
DotNetOpenAuth dll in our project but we are stuck with the 4.0 one because of 
the Google Drive API.
