Looks like VEX and Wind are definitely the main focus, so that is correct in script generation. Time range of 15-16 is mentioned for VEX, the paper partially supports this but is not super specific about it. I think its okay and close enough probably. Quote from paper:

Wind and VEX are not actually accessible in the VSO so the query does not work.
